Westworld: Renewed
The host uprising will continue as HBO has renewed its head-scratching sci-fi thriller for a third season.
"It's been an extraordinary pleasure to work with the exceptionally talented Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, as well as their gifted cast and crew," Casey Bloys,
president of HBO's programming, said in a release. "From the inspired
storytelling to the incredible visuals, we are so excited to see where
the next chapter will take us."
The Last O.G.: Renewed
Tracy Morgan's
comeback has rated as the largest cable comedy premiere since 2015, so
it's no surprise that TBS has already locked the series—and breakout
star
Tiffany Haddish—for a second season.
Search Party: Renewed
Dory
and her self-absorbed pals will be back for a third season, meaning
we'll get resolution to that doozy of a cliffhanger after all.
Grey's Anatomy: Renewed
As
if there was any doubt, Meredith Grey and the doctors of Grey Sloan
Memorial will be back for a 15th season this fall, with the show
becoming ABC's longest running drama ever.
The Amazing Race: Renewed
CBS is keeping
The Amazing Race around for at least one more globe-trotting season.
Survivor: Renewed
The reality show will outwit, outplay and outlast us all.
Bull: CBS
Michael Weatherly's legal drama will return for another season on CBS.
MacGyver: Renewed
Another season of daring escapes awaits
MacGyver on CBS.
Madam Secretary: CBS
Madam Secretary remains in office for another season on CBS.
NCIS: New Orleans: Renewed
All the
NCIS shows, including
NCIS: New Orleans will return for a new season.
NCIS: LA: Renewed
NCIS: Los Angeles, along with mothership
NCIS and spinoff
NCIS: New Orleans will all be back for the 2018-2019 season.
NCIS: Renewed
NCIS isn't going anywhere, and neither is its star (and executive producer) Mark Harmon. He signed a new deal to stay on, so NCIS will return for a 16th season even if it is without Abby (Pauley Perrette).
CBS renewed Hawaii Five-0 and the rest of its Friday night players.
Marvel's Jessica Jones: Renewed
Krysten Ritter will return as the title character in the Netflix series based on the Marvel Comics character.
Broad City: Ending
The upcoming fifth season will be
Broad City's last, Comedy Central announced. The final season will premiere in early 2019, however
Abbi Jacobson and
Ilana Glazer
have signed a first look deal with Comedy Central and Viacom for
content created and/or developed for TV by them. The deal is for content
created together and independently. They already have three projects in
development at Comedy Central:
Mall Town USA,
Platinum Status and
Young Professionals.

Netflix handed out a second season renewal to tween comedy
Alexa & Katie. The series stars
Paris Berelc,
Isabel May and
Tiffani Thiessen.
Mom: Renewed
CBS has officially added
Mom to its 2018-2019 TV lineup. "
Mom has been a lynchpin comedy for us over the last several years,"
Kelly Kahl,
president of CBS Entertainment, said in a statement. "It's a fearless
series that tackles provocative social issues with laughter and grace,
and a large, loyal audience has followed. With gifted talents like [
Anna Faris] and [
Allison Janney] leading a great ensemble cast, and a production team headed by
Chuck Lorre,
Eddie Gorodetsky,
Nick Bakay and
Gemma Baker, this series just keeps getting better."
